• Please contact us 24 hours before scheduled appointment in order to use the same deposit when rescheduling.

• Rescheduling the day of or anytime after will require a new deposit.

• Cancelling your appointment same-day will charge you a cancellation fee of 100% of your remaining balance using card on file.

• Failure to pay cancellation fee will be banned from booking our services.

• No call no show will be banned

• More than 1 cancellation will be banned.

• Arrive to appointments on time.

• Clients are given a 10 min grace period.

• 10 min mark = $10 LATE FEE

• 15 min mark = Automatic Cancellation (will be counted as a no show).

• If you have any concerns or irritations please contact us within 24 hours after appointment.

• If you are not happy with your service let us know before you leave your appointment.

• Removal of lashes are available if unsatisfied.

• Lashes can last up to 1-4 weeks with proper lash care.

• Come with a clean face. NO MAKEUP/SKINCARE OILS

• No extra guest allowed

• Remove any contact lenses before service

• Each lash set takes 2-3 hours depending on your style & natural lashes.

• Book for a day you will have time as I will not rush my work.

• If you are sick, rescheduling is always available.
